Lifeguards and Pool Attendants are critical to maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. While the Safety Staff at Hurricane Creek Recreation Area are no substitute for alert and attentive parenting, all HCRA Lifeguards are certified in aquatic lifesaving and basic first-aid.
We take a proactive approach to safety. Lifeguards and Pool Attendants are responsible for monitoring all pool deck activity. This includes active enforcement of all Pool Rules, identification and mitigation of potentially hazardous conditions, and preservation of our family friendly atmosphere.
